We understand how important it is that your personalized artwork arrives to you in perfect condition. Our delivery process is designed to be both efficient and reliable, so you'll never encounter any surprises.

Production:
As soon as you place your order, our team of professionals gets to work. We use high-quality materials and the latest techniques to create a product that completely meets your needs. Production takes an average of 1-2 weeks. working days.
Dispatch:
After quality control, your artwork will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. A specialized courier will collect the package from us and take it to a depot, where it will typically remain overnight.
Delivery:
Your order will be delivered the next day to the address or office you specified. We work exclusively with carriers experienced in safely transporting fragile and valuable products. This guarantees that your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

What are the delivery times?

The total delivery time, including production and transport, is 2 to 5 business days . We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order and notify you as soon as the package has been shipped.

Please note: delivery time may vary due to holidays.

Track & Trace code

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your package and see when it will be delivered.

What happens when you're not home?

Unable to arrive at the time of delivery? No problem! Our shipping partners will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. If this isn't possible, the package will be taken to a collection point near you. You'll receive a notification with all the necessary information so you can easily pick up your artwork.

Your order will be packaged with the utmost care using special materials that protect against impact, moisture, and other external factors. This ensures your artwork remains in top condition, regardless of the conditions during transport.

Returns

Returns Policy at CollageDepot

At CollageDepot, you can always buy with peace of mind. Standard artworks have a 14-day return period: if you change your mind after receiving them, you can easily return your order. Bring it to our depot for free or arrange shipping yourself via a carrier.

When does the cooling-off period start?

The 14-day reflection period starts on the day after you receive the artwork.

How do I report a return?

Please send an email to service@collagedepot.com with your order number and your return request within 14 days of receipt.

Because some of our artworks are made especially for you – with your choices such as a frame or hanging system – these personalized products cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.

What if my order is damaged?

While we make every effort to deliver your order in perfect condition, in rare cases something may go wrong during transport. Therefore, please check your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, follow these steps:

Report the damage within 48 hours: Contact our customer service at service@collagedepot.com .
Send clear photos: Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
Working together towards a solution: Our team will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem for you!
