By placing an order on the Website, you agree to these Terms. An agreement is concluded between the Customer and CollageDepot BV, established in the Netherlands ("CollageDepot"). 1. APPLICABILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

1.1. To place an order on the Website, the Customer must be at least 18 years old. CollageDepot reserves the right to refuse or adjust orders if the Customer provides incorrect personal data or has payment problems.

1.2. CollageDepot is not liable for any errors on the Website, including incorrect prices, technical specifications or product descriptions. All images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the product. 2. ORDERS AND AGREEMENTS

2.1. By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees to their full use and to the privacy policy of CollageDepot. A purchase agreement is only concluded after confirmation of the order by CollageDepot via e-mail.

3. CUSTOMER DATA AND ACCOUNTS

3.1. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. Sharing login details with others is not permitted, and the Customer must immediately inform CollageDepot if there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account.

3.2. In case of suspected abuse or violation of the Terms and Conditions, CollageDepot reserves the right to block the Customer's account and assign new login details.

4. Prices, Costs and Payment

4.1 The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Prices exclude payment and shipping costs, which are stated separately.

CollageDepot has the right to be paid in advance for the order, unless the Customer has selected payment by invoice or a similar payment method and CollageDepot has accepted this option. In the case of payment by invoice and payment in installments, CollageDepot or its partner may investigate the Customer's credit history. If this is the case, the Customer will be informed about this. CollageDepot reserves the right not to always offer all different payment methods. CollageDepot also has the right to change the payment method selected by the Customer at the time of purchase if that method does not work for any reason. Possible restrictions regarding payment options are stated on the Website.

4.3 Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions on the website during the ordering process. Payment can be made via accepted credit cards, debit cards or other payment methods available at the time. By placing an order, you authorize CollageDepot to charge the payment via the chosen payment method.

4.4 If payment is not successful due to incorrect payment details, insufficient funds or other reasons beyond CollageDepot's control, we reserve the right not to process or deliver the order until payment is completed. 5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery will be carried out in the manner stated on the website and during the ordering process. The estimated delivery time is provided on the website and is only an indication. CollageDepot is not liable for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as delays in courier services, customs clearance or force majeure situations.

5.2 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available. Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to the customer upon shipment.

5.3 Any customs fees, taxes or import duties levied upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. CollageDepot is not responsible for such charges and cannot predict the amounts as they depend on the destination and applicable law.

5.4 If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for further assistance. We will do our best to check the status of your delivery and resolve any issues.

6. Return of Products and Right of Withdrawal

6.1 At CollageDepot we only make artworks that are produced especially for you. Because these products are unique and tailored to your specific wishes (such as material and size), the legal right of withdrawal lapses. This means that it is not possible to return or cancel products once production has started.

6.2 We advise you to carefully check your order before you finally place it. Do you have any questions or doubts about your choices? Our customer service team is ready to assist you via info@collagedepot.com to guide you in making the right decision.

6.3 Although we do everything we can to deliver your order in perfect condition, in rare cases damage may occur during transport. Therefore, check your package immediately upon receipt. Is there damage or an error? Then follow these steps:

Report damage within 48 hours : Please contact our customer service at info@collagedepot.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Send clear photos : Include photos of the damage, the packaging, and possibly the product label.
Together we will find a solution : Our team will contact you as soon as possible and together we will look for a suitable solution.

6.4 The return policy does not apply to products that have been delivered undamaged and correctly, because they are custom-made and personalized. Only in case of damage or a production or delivery error can a solution be offered.

6.5 If you wish to make a change or cancel your order after placing it, you must report this as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation or adjustment is no longer possible.

7. Warranty

7.1 CollageDepot provides warranty on products as required by applicable law. The warranty period and conditions may vary depending on the product and location. During the warranty period, we will repair defects covered by the warranty free of charge or replace the product, at our discretion.

7.2 To make a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service and provide all necessary information, including a description of the defect and, if applicable, proof of purchase.

7.3 The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties. The warranty does not apply to products that have been used for commercial purposes.
