What is the difference between dibond and acrylic glass?

Dibond and acrylic glass are both high-quality materials with the same quality standard. The difference lies in the finish and appearance.Dibond has a matte finish and provides a modern, sleek look. What is a floater frame?

A floater frame is a luxury wooden frame in which the artwork hangs slightly recessed in the frame. This creates a modern and stylish look.

How is my artwork produced?

After ordering, our team of craftsmen gets to work with high-quality materials and modern techniques to create a product that fully meets your design.

How do I hang my canvas or plexiglass?

All our artworks are delivered ready to hang with the hanging system already attached. So you don't have to mount anything to the product yourself.Depending on the chosen material, the size and whether you have chosen a floater frame, the way of hanging may differ slightly. Therefore, you will always receive a clear manual with your order. With the included instructions, your artwork will hang firmly and safely on the wall within a few minutes.

I have not received a confirmation email, what now?

First check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation there, please contact service@collagedepot.com so we can check if your order has been placed correctly.

Can I change my delivery address?

An address change is only possible as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Because each artwork is specially custom-made, there is first a production time and then a shipping time. Production times: Poster 2–3 working days, Poster in frame 5 working days, Canvas 5 working days, Canvas in floater frame 8 working days, Plexiglass or dibond 5 working days, Plexiglass or dibond in floater frame 8 working days. After production, the delivery time is on average 1–2 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow the current status of your package.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

First check the track & trace link in your shipping confirmation. If there is no update here or if the delivery is delayed, please contact us via the contact page so we can look into this for you.

Can I receive a preview before it is printed?

The preview you see during ordering is leading for the final result. After ordering, designs are not manually adjusted.

What if my photo is of low quality?

For the best result, we recommend uploading a sharp, high-resolution photo. If you are unsure about the quality, please contact us in advance for advice.

How do I upload my photo?

During the ordering process, you can easily upload your photo via the upload button on the product page. Make sure the file is fully uploaded before completing the order.

Can I combine multiple photos into one collage?

Yes, depending on the chosen design, you can upload multiple photos. Follow the steps on the product page to do this.

Can I return my order?

Because each product is specially custom-made, personalized products cannot be returned. If there is damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.

My order was delivered damaged, what now?

Please contact us via the contact page within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photos of the damage, the entire product, and the packaging. We will then provide a suitable solution.

All orders are delivered for free ! After your order you will receive a track & trace and you will be regularly informed about the progress of your artwork.

Yes, we offer a free digital preview! Send us a clear photo of the spot where you have the artwork in mind, along with information about which piece and size you are considering. We will create a beautiful digital preview for you, so you can immediately see how the artwork fits into your space.

How can I track the status of my order?
