At CollageDepot we believe in creating beautiful works of art without burdening the planet. Our commitment to sustainability is woven into every aspect of our production process, from printing photos to hanging our artwork.
HIGH-QUALITY, DURABLE MATERIALS
Our photos are printed on 260 gram museum-quality luster photo paper. This paper is not only of exceptional quality, but also sustainably produced. We consciously choose materials that last longer and have a minimal impact on the environment.
WOODEN FRAMES WITHOUT GLASS OR PLEXIGLASS
Our wooden frames have been carefully selected based on durability and aesthetics. We do not use glass or plexiglass in our frames. This allows us to save on the production and transport of these materials, which are often harmful to the environment.
Eliminating glass or plexiglass makes our frames lighter and easier to recycle. Furthermore, the lack of these materials ensures that our paintings do not reflect. This means that you always have a razor-sharp display of the photo, without annoying reflections, so that the quality of the artwork is fully appreciated.
RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS
We strive to minimize our ecological footprint through responsible production and logistics processes. Our production facilities are optimized for efficiency and energy savings. In addition, we work with partners who share our sustainable vision and strive for environmentally friendly solutions.
RECYCLING AND REUSE
At CollageDepot we encourage our customers to act consciously with the environment. Our wooden frames are designed to be recycled, and we offer options for reusing materials where possible. In this way we contribute to a circular economy, where materials are used again and again instead of thrown away.
CYCLING TO WORK: SUSTAINABLE, HEALTHY AND EFFECTIVE
At CollageDepot we encourage our staff to cycle to work as much as possible. To encourage this, we offer our employees a compensation of €0.27 per kilometer cycled. In addition, all our employees can use our bicycle plan, which is partly subsidized by the government. If an employee cannot pay for the bicycle in one go, we also offer an interest-free loan. Thanks to these initiatives, almost all our staff cycle to work.
The bicycle plan means that the government contributes to the costs of a bicycle up to €749. In addition, as a company we add an extra €500, so that our staff can purchase a bicycle for a very attractive price. In this way we not only make it easier and more economical to cycle, but we also contribute to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. How nice is that!

At CollageDepot we work closely with a carefully selected group of suppliers from Europe and Asia. Our partners are chosen based on their ability to meet our strict social and environmental standards. These standards are set out in our Code of Conduct, which includes several core principles of social and environmental sustainability. Key topics in these principles include fair working hours, minimal negative impact on the environment, fair wages, the prohibition of child labor, and the safeguarding of health and safety in the workplace.
