You can easily redeem your gift card during the checkout process of your order. Enter the unique gift card code in the designated field, and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can easily pay the remaining amount.

Our gift cards are delivered digitally as a PDF file. You will receive the gift card by email, including a unique code that you can use at checkout in our webshop. You can easily forward the gift card to the recipient or print it out to hand over in person.

After completing your order, you will usually receive the gift card in your inbox the same day. Haven't received anything within a day? Please also check your junk or spam folder. If the gift card is not there, please contact our customer service.

Yes, that is possible. Because our gift cards are sent digitally, you will receive them in your email almost immediately after purchase. This allows you to give an original gift, even at the last minute.

The gift card can be used for all our artworks and products in the webshop. The recipient can choose their preferred design, size, material, and any finish. This way, you always give a gift that perfectly suits someone.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the gift voucher itself. If you do not spend the entire amount at once, the remaining credit will simply remain available until the expiry date.
